Assemblage de dos variedades típicas de América del Sur. La vinificación de cada variedad se realiza por separado respetando la madurez enológica de cada una de ellas. Maceración en frío por 12 hrs. Fermentación tradicional y suave prensado. Solamente el Malbec se añeja en roble francés durante 6 meses.
