100 % tannat elaborated with grapes from our vineyards in Canelon Chico. Exhaustive care and labors take place in order to obtain optimal oenologic maturity when harvest time arrives,with brown seeds. Long maceration during 20 days (pre-FA-post) in search of maximum color, aroma and tannin extraction from the skins . Once the winemaking process nishes,the one year passage through American oak will ensurance the stability of colour,tannins and strcture. Finally, a one year stowage in bottle to round up the aromas.

Canelones: Clayey silt with medium fertility and depth, with a subsoil rich in calcium carbonate. Middle hill with northeast exposure. The soils of Canelones are generated from sediments and have a high fertility, allowing an outstanding development of the vine stocks.
