Elaborado a partir de tres parcelas diferentes con distintos grados de madurez de nuestro viñedo en Canelón Chico. Contamos con el asesoramiento del enólogo neozelandés Duncan Killiner. Vinificación de cada una de las parcelas por separado buscando diferentes caracterÃsticas en cada uno de ellos, y asà mantener la consistencia e identidad de nuestro vino blanco más representativo.

Canelones: Clayey silt with medium fertility and depth, with a subsoil rich in calcium carbonate. Middle hill with northeast exposure. The soils of Canelones are generated from sediments and have a high fertility, allowing an outstanding development of the vine stocks.
