Color amarillo pálido con reflejos verdosos. Burbuja fina, elegante y de excelente persistencia.

Nose:
Aromas frescos que combinan notas de fruta blanca con sutiles matices de levadura, producto de su crianza sobre borras durante siete meses. Expresivo, equilibrado y elegante.

Palate:
Buena acidez y estructura. En boca se percibe fresco y seco, con un perfil que repite el equilibrio entre fruta y levadura. Final largo, limpio y persistente.
