Traditional vinification of each variety, obtaining the maximum potential of each, with subsequent aging of 24 months in first-use French oak from the Alliers forest.
The periodic and careful tasting of each barrel is decisive to decide the final assemblage, which is then subjected to a new aging in French oak for 8 months, managing to integrate all its best qualities and enhance the complexity of the final cut, in addition to the passion and family experience.
Bottling date: May 2018 (no filtration or prior stabilization). Recommended aging potential is 9 years.
Tasting note: Dark purple color with bright outlines. Great expression and impressive aromatic potential. It is complex and structured, with great concentration of sweet and ripe tannins, very good body, with a long and elegant finish. The complexity of the nose repeats itself in the mouth, highlighting the ripe red fruits, accompanied by a subtle note of tobacco and spices.
