The Southern Festival is inspired by the Uruguayan Candombe, a generic name given to the different dances of African origin in Uruguay, and was born from the conjunction of more than twenty African peoples brought as slaves to this region of the southern cone. Each one of them had their own language, their own way of being and feeling, their own culture, and their own dances.
Rosé made from Merlot grapes from our central vineyard located in Canelón Chico, Canelones, Uruguay.
A short maceration of four hours in contact with the marcs, extraction of the liquid that will begin the fermentation at controlled temperature (13 ºC), reaching an intense pink color with salmon tones, preserving the floral and fruity aromas of this variety. It achieves a good structure with a medium body.
