Wine made from grapes in perfect maturity, from selected parcels with green pruning, picking the best clusters, and then submitted to a rigorous quality control prior to being pressed.
Fermented 70% in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, and 30% in new French oak barrels, with a short aging on lees. After five months both wines are blended and bottled.
The color is lemon yellow, with greenish reflexes. In the nose it is intense and complex, with delicate citrus aromas (grapefruit, orange peel), aromas of white fruits and an exquisite herbaceous varietal character of freshly cut grass on a background of asparagus. In the mouth it is fresh and medium bodied, with notorious presence of citrus fruits like grapefruit; balanced, and enhancing the fruity flavors. Long and pleasant ending.
An excellent wine to match fish, sushi and goat cheese.
