100% Pinot Noir proveniente del viñedo Los Nogales. Realizamos una intensa reducción de kilos por hectárea hasta obtener aproximadamente 1kg por planta. La selección de racimos es esencial al momento de cosechar y de ingresar a bodega para lograr este reserva el cual realiza una crianza de 6 meses en roble francés.

    Canelones: Clayey silt with medium fertility and depth, with a subsoil rich in calcium carbonate. Middle hill with northeast exposure. The soils of Canelones are generated from sediments and have a high fertility, allowing an outstanding development of the vine stocks.
