Don Próspero Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
An intense reduction of kilos per hectare was made to achieve a homogeneous and excellent maturation of the bunches, allowing a high concentration of color compounds, aromatics, and ripe tannins.
Don Próspero Merlot Rosé
At harvest time it is selected under strict analytical and sensory controls to balance the acidity with the alcohol. The delicate care in the contact time between juice and pomace allows to obtain a bright pink color and complex aromas of red fruits and flowers.
Don Próspero Sauvignon Blanc
Made from three different plots with different degrees of maturity from our vineyard in Canelón Chico. Advised by Duncan Killiner, New Zealand. Vinification of each of the plots separately, looking for distinct characteristics in each.
