Fact Sheet

Hand collected clusters from parcel #12 (maximum quality expression of Tannat in our vineyard) at its best maturity point.

Cold maceration for three days at 13 ºC / 55 °F. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Post fermentative maceration for 21 days.

Aged for 12 months in American oak barrels and laid down for 12 months after bottled.

Tasting Notes

Intense dark ruby color with violet edges. Complex aroma of dark fruits, tobacco and spices.

In the mouth, ripe tannins and very mouth filling, balanced and persistent.


Ideal to match with grilled meat and mature cheese.
