The grapes come from our most select parcels of Tannat 60%, Cabernet Sauvignon 30% and Malbec 10%.
Each variety was vinified with traditional processes individually, and then aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.
After blending the varieties, the wine returns to oak barrel for six months to achieve a better assemblage.
Once bottled, it remains laid down for 12 months.
Intense ruby red color with bright edges. Complex aroma where the fruit exceeds in balance with the wood. Good body, sweet and round tannins providing great harmony, with a very long finish.
Ideal to accompany game meats, red meats, pasta and elaborate dishes.
