This blend 50% Merlot and 50% Tannat is made exclusively for the UK.
The vinification of each variety is made separately, respecting the oenological maturity of each one of them. Cold maceration for 48 hours.
Fermentation at controlled temperature. After the malolactic fermentation, the wines are blended to obtain structure and assemble the fruity characteristics of each variety.
It remains in stainless steel tanks until it is bottled.
Intense ruby red color with violet traces. Complex aromas of red and black fruits and some peppers. Well balanced in the mouth, silky tannins, medium body with a long finish.
Ideal to match lamb, chicken, pasta and pizza.
