Subsequent inocculation of selected yeasts, alcoholic fermentation for seven days in contact with pomace, attaining color and desired structure.

Acidity: 3.2 gr/l
Sugar: 2.2 gr/l
Color: brilliant plum red.
Aroma: intense of pepper and red fruit, floral.
Mouth: good acidity, full in the mouth, persistent, long aromatic end of high elegance.
Ideal to match pasta, meat and cheese.
