Blend 60% Tannat - 40% Merlot
The vinification of each grape was made separately, following the oenologic maturity of each variety. Cold maceration during 48 hours.
The must was fermented under controlled temperature. After fermentation, the blend is assembled so as to concentrate its fruity aromas and flavor, and its structure.
The wine is kept in stainless steel tanks until bottled.
Intense ruby red color, with violet traces. Complex aromas of red and black fruit and some pepper. Well balanced in the mouth, with a medium-bodied texture and a long finish.
Ideal to match lamb, chicken, pasta and pizza.
