It is a rosé wine made with grapes of the Merlot variety from our vineyard in Canelón Chico.
Elaboration: we decide the time of harvest by analysis and tasting of the berries.
Harvested manually in boxes of 40 lb, destemming and gently pressed, placed in a tank and waited for 12 hours of contact with the skins. After this time we proceed to bleed 20%; then with the clean juice we make a fermentation at controlled temperature (59 to 63 °F) to achieve a very fruity and fresh wine.
Bright and intense pink color with fruity and floral aromas; In the mouth it presents smooth with good acidity, volume and a finish that lasts pleasantly that demonstrates the characteristics of a young and harmonious wine.
Ideal to match cheeses, seafood, cold and light dishes.
Serving Temperature: 54 to 57 °F.
