A blend of grapes from three diferent sections of our vineyard in Canelón Chico, with different degrees of maturity.
Manual harvest of selected clusters, arriving to the winery in the early hours of the day to maintain very low temperatures.
After destemming, the grapes undergo a skin maceration of 12 hours at 50 °F before pressing, to achieve a greater extraction of aromas. Direct pressing, removal of cold settling and subsequent inocculation of selected yeasts, fermentation for 21 days at 52 °F.
Bottled in the first week of May to ensure an excellent conservation.
Alcohol: 13% in volume.
Lemon skin color. An intense aroma of tropical fruits like grapefruit, melon and citrus. In the mouth we can find delicate flavors of peach and orange with a persistent finish. Balanced acidity.
Ideal to match seafood, green salads and snacks.
