Cabernet Sauvignon es de las cepas más importantes del mundo vitivinícola. Por su naturaleza es una variedad de gran adaptación a diferentes terroirs. Se realiza una intensa reducción de kilos por hectárea para lograr una homogénea y excelente madurez de los racimos, permitiendo obtener una gran concentración de compuestos de color, aromáticos y taninos maduros.
